Hotel Indigo Brussels - City by IHG

I simply love this hotel and this was the 8th time I am choosing it to stay for work in Brussels. Excellent location, love the aesthaetics of the hotel, you can save the planet from plastic bottles as you can refill your own bottle. Delicious and rich breakfast. VERY comfortable bed and pleasant smelling bath products, free coffee machine in the room with Nespresso capsules (and tea bags of course).

Towards my last day of my stay the sink seemed to empty at a much slower pace so perhaps the plumbing needed some checking.

Al llegar la habitación estaba sucia, además con una gotera de agua, lo peor es que el personal que nos atendió esa noche dijo que no tenía más habitaciones en el hotel y nos iba a tocar dormir en una habitación sucia, nos tocó ponernos muy bravos para que nos cambiaran de habitación esa fue la única manera y por eso la experiencia en el gran hotel fue un desastre, después de perder más de 1 hora en discusiones nos dieron otra habitación y el desayuno de la mañana siguiente al final nos quedamos toda la reserva,

The hotel is well located---it's either a walk or a quick metro to the station right outside the hotel. We walked most days. The hotel is spotless, the staff very courteous. The rooms were spotless too, well maintained, and quiet. The cleaning staff always did an excellent job at making up the room too. They also allow you to leave your bag with them if you're checking out but have a later train. We didn't try the restaurant, but it looked really nice.

Tout ! Hôtel très très confortable. Le personnel est adorable. Je recommande fortement !
