DiamondHead Beach Resort

The hotel was great with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We did have an AC issue, but the staff responded promptly to fix it. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Overall a great stay here. Only con is the water in the shower was only available in warm, hot or super hot. No cold water possible. Otherwise we were very happy with the accommodation.

We drove this morning from Naples Fl to have lunch in the beautiful upstairs restaurant. We attempted to park outside in the hotel parking lot and was chased down by a valet person saying we needed to pay $20.00 to self park. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and did not pay the previous time we ate at the restaurant. This is a beautiful hotel and the service and restaurant staff/bartender and manager were awesome. This is why we returned today. (July 20,2025) We declined to pay the valet and left the property. We went to the Perry Hotel in Naples and had a fantastic lunch served to us by Brandon and Woodie right on the water. We were offered a complimentary boat ride to the hotels private beach on Barefoot Beach by the hotel concierge. Parking was free. We feel it's bad impression of a high end hotel to demand money before you even get into the restaurant/hotel. Hopefully the Diamond Head Beach Resort eliminates the parking fees for restaurant patrons in the future. Make no mistake the Diamond Head Beach Resort is fantastic! It was a beautiful stay right on the beach we will be back. Best time of our life.

Perfect getaway convenience of checking in our room was perfect view of the ocean and sunset. We could’ve asked for anything more. We have absolutely no complaints. Will be back again.

Diamond Head Beach resort is a fantastic place to stay on Fort Myers Beach. Friendly staff. Hotel has direct beach access as well as two hot tubs and a pool. Rooms are clean and the one bedroom suites are wonderful! Spacious suites with a small kitchen. The one I stayed in had a small refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen, sink, and area to use for food prep. This room was spacious and clean. Request an additional towels to be brought to my room Request a additional towels to be brought to my room and the staff who delivered the towels were very friendly The only downfall is the drinks at the bar are basically slushies. I was expecting to get an awesome creamy piña colada but instead it was just a basically a coconut pineapple slushy with some alcohol. Another benefit is the hotel now offers two beach chairs and an umbrella each day for their guest to use on the beach, highly recommend.

The property is under construction and the beach unfortunately it is so dark

Loved our room. Very comfortable and well decorated. Wonderful bed. The food and service at Coste, the on site restaurant spectacular. Great live music and vibe.
