Sapphire Village Resort

Great place right on sapphire beach, absolutely loved it,quiet and away from the main tourist crowd. Still in the works of recovering from the hurricane but awesome place!

Ideal stay for persons doing some kind of job in the island

This was a total farce. The Sapphire Village Resort is NOT a hotel! It was false advertising. I couldn't stay there. I want my money back. It is a disgusting run down tenament time share which has no lobby, zero amenities, no beach, no anything. I was scared to even go into the place.

Advertised cable tv and wifi. Both services weren't available in the room, although they were available to guests in adjacent rooms. Hotel staff told me the building was with out service but I spoke personally with multiple other guests who had service. Expedia was notified too and they have yet to email me a resolution 5 days later. (At the time of this survey I am already home and checked out) They still are telling me they are trying to contact the resort to find a solution... haha funny, I'm no longer there...

We had 3 rooms, of which only one was really nice. The property is really rundown and out dated. We were notified by Galleon House 6 weeks before our arrival that they were canceling our reservation because they gave our paid rooms to FEMA. We had to scramble to find something else, so we had to book here because we needed 3 rooms.

Got upgraded to sapphire beach as soon as we got there. It was absolutely amazing and everyone was exceptionally nice and welcoming

not close to beach but on the beach beautiful view, could use update. but good food at the bar, great place to hunker down at the beach.

They didn't provide blankets which was weird. They only provided small sheets

Our room was very outdated and ugly. Pillows were lumpy and smelled old, no security lock on door, only 1 channel on tv, sliding door old and difficult to slide, bedroom furniture falling apart (particle board), and no arrival info. We were dropped off and had to look for the office to check in??? Only nice thing was the view!

Disgusting and rooms are deplorable and outdated!! The pictures says it all!! And YES the pic with empty cans an constrution material even ole tooth brushes was located in our roome which we paid almot $200 for our one night stay. Advice to hotels.com, you Hotels.com should not have such hotels listed on your site as it tarnishes your reputation. See the pictures as evidence.
