"Good Location"

Location is very good to go to downtown Boston taking Route 95 and 93 Just 20 minutes away. and They have shopping mall close to the hotel so that we can find out restaurants and more for spending time around there.

"We would not stay anywhere else"

We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years and would never consider staying anywhere else. The staff and hospitality are absolutely outstanding, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and well-stocked which is great as a family to cook and heat up meals. The location can't be beat as we often visit the stores and mall, and then have quick access to 95. Highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at the Hyatt to attend an event. I didn't know what to expect but i was very pleased when i arrived with the establishment. The staff was very warm and attentive. The room was great and well kept.

Friendly staff clean good location.

The fire alarm going off falsely. No one told us it was a false alarm. Went off at 11:40 pm. The toilet got clogged them.

"The best Hyatt"
