The staff at the hotel were very helpful, one morning we had to be at the hospital for 6.30 am, the hotel shuttle did not start running until 7 am, but your staff called the Lahey and got them to send one of their shuttles for us. This is one of many things that they helped us with. They gave us much information about Boston and the surrounding areas.

We honestly liked everything.

Requiring guests to pay for parking at a place they are already paying to stay in, is absurd. The breakfast was sub par and though Starbucks at the hotel is advertised, it was never opened and operational.
