Fort Marcy Suites by All Seasons Resort Lodging

We were in Unit 8. This unit is in dire need of updating and maintenance. It was clean and did provide a nice view. Our first night the cable box was not working so we had no TV. There is no streaming service available so you’re very limited on TV options. The washer and dryer were out of service and had signs on them that were noticeably old so that should be noted in the listing. Lightbulbs were out in multiple places. The cable box was replaced the next morning along with the lightbulbs… But those things should be checked before guests arrive. Furnishings are adequate, but beds are not very comfortable. We made it work for a two night stay but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer than that.

Rooms were comfortable and decor was exceptional.

The signs were very deceptive. The office and after hours signs were of no use whatever. The number of the unit was provided in an email to me and the door code was in an email to my wife. Without the two together, I had no way to get into the room. I had to use the phone provided in the night office. The sign for parking lot "B" is partially covered by another sign. At night it is difficult to see. We missed it. I met other people walking around trying to find their unit as well. Careful directions need to be provided in the emails and sent to all people necessary. Better signs need to be provided.

Nice bedrooms

Parking was tight. The comforter was unlaundered.

Spacious, comfortable and walking distance to town.

Walk to town and back is hilly.

The suite was fully stocked with anything we could have needed. The location was walkable to downtown, and the space was clean and comfortable. We loved all the natural light from the skylight in the living room. The interior is very Santa Fe.

The water pressure in the shower was on the lighter side and the bed creaked quite a bit.
