Posizione, staff molto gentile, parcheggio, pulizia.

Ho chiesto 3 volte se potessi trovare il divano letto già preparato ma così non è stato. Dopo 6 ore di auto ci siamo dovuti mettere a fare il divano letto, per lo più c’era solo un cuscino. Ne abbiamo chiesto un altro e cortesemente ce l’hanno portato. Diciamo che per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato almeno il divano letto pronto.. l’ascensore non funzionava..

Bella struttura, costruita su più edifici. Disponibile la receptionist, che ci ha anche consigliato dove cenare. Presente nell'edificio della reception una bella palestra. Presenti anche due piscine esterne. Al mattino, disponibile il caffè. Camere spaziose pulite e ben attrezzate

Non è colpa della struttura, ma purtroppo nella notte c'è stata un po' di confusione nel corridoio probabilmente perché una donna "non stava molto bene", ma il problema è stato risolto nell'arco di una mezz'ora.

Missed having an outdoor space and the sofa was so hard it was difficult to sit on, likewise the pullout bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was satisfactory.
