"Horrible and disgusting experience"

It is the more horrible hotel I’ve visited. The room was dirty, torn sheets, refrigerator not even connected, it was disgusting and broken. AC louder than a truck, shower head always dripping, the bathroom smelled funny and the ceiling was also disgusting. Not enough parking and waited almost an hour for check in. I went there because Scuba diving center is located there but it was a horrible experience.

El aire acondicionado era muy viejo y hace un ruido muy fuerte y molesto que no te deja dormir. Para bajar a la playa el acceso es difícil y para regresar al hotel son alrededor de 100 escaleras, tengo 59 años y una lesión en la rodilla y no me permitieron utilizar el elevador porque no califico como persona de la 3a edad

Me gusta el hotel, solo que en esta ocasión durante nuestra estancia no tuvimos línea telefónica, y dos días no tuvimos T.V. Solo una persona nos hizo caso y nos dio los motivos eso fue un dia antes de salir. Tuvimos la mala fortuna de quedarnos sin luz, pedimos al restaurante apoyo para calentar algo, y nos negó el servicio.
