decidimos no quedarnos y solicitamos la cancelacion y reembolso del pago realizado. ya que fuimos engañados de que era un hotel 5 estrellas y resulto ser departamentos de tiempo compartido, muy lejos del puerto de mazatlán, pesimo servicio de la supuesta recepción que no se encontraba porque salieron a comer. No existe personal de servicio por las noches, se van a sus domicilios y en cualquier urgencia o necesidad te las arreglas viajando a la ciudad de Mazatlán.

When you book this room they do not tell you that the rooms you rented see rented from a group of people that own the condos. The condo doesn't have support on site to to assist you. We finally got a number from the security guard and was able after waiting 2 hours to get our rooms. It needs to be better explained on the website. The number they list doesn't work either. The number is for the condo office which is staffed only during weekdays and morning hours on the weekends. Nice place to stay but wish I would have know the challenges ahead of time.

Great location and staff, room needs a little maintenance - several lights bulbs were out on arrival but were replaced within a few hours once staff was notified.

Condo was sadly disappointing. No assistance booking in. When we got to the condo it was not clean, there was no pots or pans. There was no dish soap, no tea towels, no dish cloths. There was no coffee machine or toaster. The microwave was missing the glass plate. We were told it would be cleaned every second day and after requesting. Cleaning it actually got cleaned on day 5, which was the only cleaning in 7 days. Although the resort itself was nice, we would not return, simply because of the condition of the condo

Arrived to find no assistance to condo, Get a cart ,move your own luggage to room. Could only get one key for condo. Condo has no coffee machine, no toaster, no dish soap, dish towel or dish cloth! Guess that doesn't matter since there is no plug for the kitchen sink! Glass tray missing from microwave and has a plate instead. Although there are dishes, what good are they if there are no pots or pans to cook in. Bathroom has one bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner. We were told when we checked in the condo would be cleaned every other day., now on day five with no cleaning. Not even after requesting clean and towels! If you are thinking of booking here, do it thru an owner.. Or better still DON'T! You do not get what you would expect renting a condo and for the price you should get it!

Was fortunate enough to be invited last year by friends who've had a condo there for around 15 years to stay with them for a week and my wife fell so in love with the whole Mazatlan, Costa Bonita experience. So this year we rented a condo in the same building for a the month of February. A big plus is that the annual Mardi Gras/Carnival event in Mazatlan is the second largest in the world (after Rio) and is a very enjoyable week long fiesta, and quite a family oriented, experience. Costa Bonita (CB), in the winter months of Dec. thru March is full of owners and renters who stay there, many for several months at a time. I would say that at least 2/3 of the people staying there are from Canada and are very friendly, down-to-earth folks. We made many friends very quickly. Because CB was built around 20 years ago, when land costs weren't so high, it has a spacious and nicely laid out and landscaped pool area. Two bonuses are (1) the Palapa restaurant (many condo developments in that area do not have restaurants) that is open every day except Monday for B,L and D, and (2) the two nice tennis courts. We're real tennis buffs and there is a very active group there. Well, tuns out we liked CB so much we've decided to buy our own condo there.

We've stayed at Costa Bonita many times and absolutely love it! The people that work at this facility are so kind and helpful. We especially like the General Manager, Carlos and the waitstaff out by the pool.

Fue una mala experiencia, al llegar a la 9.00 PM, no habia nadie quien nos reciba, y tuvimos que esperar mas de dos horas para que nos entregan la llave del habitacion, las camas muy incomodo, no habia control remoto para el tel, el costo del huspedaje fue muy elevado por la que recibimos. No recomiendo.

1st trip family based in Mazatlan. This complex has everything you need. 4 weeks condo self contained but restaurant so cheap and good range. Staff friendly helpful. Great beach bus out front walk to other resturants best holiday. Stay there again. Check out other reviews as these will give more information.

me fue terrible, en 5 noches nunca limpiaron el cuarto!!! mucho menos cambio de toallas, NADA, llame para cancelar y HOTELS.COM no hizo NADA
