Our group had a wonderful experience at this venue. The staff was friendly and you couldn't beat the location.
USOur stay at Aston Kona by the Sea was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our condo was clean and modern, beds comfortable, layout of room was nice, the balcony was private, spacious and very comfortable. The location was good and easy quick access to Kailua downtown area. The beach area was very nice with a really nice view and comfortable chairs and loungers. The ability to borrow beach chairs was nice also. Having towels to take to the beach was good. We liked the keyless entry and security (used a code). The pool areas was nice, we didn't use it much and the BBQ grills and area to cook in looked very nice, clean and modern. Everything was well maintained. Would strongly consider staying here again on our next visit to the Big Island.
A bit pricey, but not outrageous. Would like to have more loungers with umbrellas available since we like to be able to limit our direct sun exposure at times. That said, We didn't have too much of a problem eventually getting a lounger and umbrella area.

エレベーターが故障していて滞在中は治らなかったので思い荷物を運ぶのに大変苦労した。 洗濯機・乾燥機の掃除が行き届いていないのでカビが生えていた。Housekeepingに来てもらったがタオル一つで掃除をしても綺麗にならず、翌日掃除し直してからやっと使えるようになった。
JP部屋からのオーシャンビューが素晴らしく、静かに快適に過ごせました。ぜひオーシャンビューをおすすめします。レンタカーは必須ですが、ウーバーでもなんとかなります。車で１５分くらいでコナの賑やかなところにでられ外食も困りません。スーパーもあります。 ハワイ島のツアーガイドさんにもセンスの良いところに泊まりましたねと言われました。ビーチは車で１０分程度のところにマジックサンドビーチという白砂が綺麗なビーチがあります。波が高いですが、大きな子供であれば楽しめます。他の口コミで調度品が古いとのコメントもありましたが、全く気になりませんでした。 滞在中レンタカートラブルがあったのですが、フロントスタッフのロダさんが本当に親切に助けてくれました！！困っていたので、ほんとうに助かりました。また行きたいです。
(Would be 1 star if not for the view and grounds) I would honestly rate this property one star, but I’m giving it three solely because the view and the grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately, the unit itself was in very poor condition. From the moment we walked in, there was a strong smell of mildew and mold. The carpets were horrific. During our stay, I developed a sore throat and a severe headache, which persisted the entire time we were there. As soon as we flew to Maui and stayed at our next accommodation, all of my symptoms completely disappeared, which confirmed for me that what I was experiencing was related to mold exposure in this unit. This property has potential because of the location, but the interior needs a serious overhaul. Until that happens, I would not recommend staying here especially for anyone sensitive to air quality or mold.
USUSHas everything you need for a Hawaii hotel without being at a resort. We stayed here during our trip to get married and it felt “fancy” enough to make this a memorable stay that we enjoyed. Parking was super slick! We always found a nice spot under the hotel.
Bed was pretty hard but we still slept fine.
