"Pools - great, other stuff misleading"

The outside of the place is great! The room, not as much. Yes, spacious and clean, but it’s unfortunate they don’t show you the real rooms online. Old and outdated- not terrible, but definitely disappointing after all the pictures online. Beds are very uncomfortable too!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. From check-in to checking out. Though it was a really short stay, our family and I enjoyed every second of it. The pool was perfect for us and the kids. The only thing thays needed more is shade/umbrellas. Other than that, our daughter had an amazing 7th birthday. Thank you for the chocolates and the extra pillows and blankets. You also have a great selection of local retail stores on property. We look forward to our next stay with you.

The staff was accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The view was spectacular. I loved the unit had its own washer and dryer.

For a weeks stay...you didnt have housekeeping option. So you would have to contact the hotel for more towels. And you were responsible for your own trash removal to the appropriate place.
