Bathroom needs some upgrade especially shower heads and Hope they can provide shower gel in place of a soap

This is a CONDO, not a hotel. Each room is different from the photo on booking. It is two blocks from the ocean, an easy walk. It is too far to walk to town, but great if you have a car. The condo is perfect for families. It was clean and had a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable, which we like a soft bed, so if you like firm it would not be the best. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. The pool water temperature was perfect. The grounds were very pretty. There were some issues that would make me choose another place in the future, but if you have a family it is great.

The ocean view was over the solar panels and parking lot, the ocean is in the distance, but you can see it. The air conditioners were in the living room and bedroom, and were so noisy we had to turn it off in the bedroom so were hot at night. The pool is very noisy with kids throwing balls and playing, which is fine for families and not for adults wanting a swim or calm pool time. There is a kitchen with a few spices, but nothing else, no coffee, no sugar, etc. Be sure to bring your own supplies. When we wanted to get a new beach towel they said you need to wash it yourself in the room (but did make an exception and allow us to change one towel).

We were able to use the pool before check in time and they promptly came and fixed a curtain in the bedroom that was broken

I live on Maui and stay at this resort. The same people have been running it for almost 40 years. They know exactly how to take good care of you. And if you have any trouble, just contact thefixerhawaii at Gmail.

There are roosters everywhere and they start crowing at around 2am till sunrise.

The location was good, excellent facilities, greatly equipped. Great daily cleaning service and very nice aorroindings gardens ocean view and swimming pool. Everything very luxurious

Neighbours upstairs were noisy. Also doing grocery shopping is not that easy. For this reason optional breakfast could have been served

Everything! The location, the unit itself, the view. From check in to check out was effortless. The unit was ready with everything we needed. Thank you so much.

That I had to leave and that it was only for 2 days. I told the front desk when I checked out that I would like to request the same unit in Sept. (Sept 3 thru 8) She said that I would have to request it. So, I'm requesting for this unit from Thurs, Sept 3rd thru Tuesday, Sept 8th. Please let me know if that is possible. Thank you again.
