The Suites at Fall Creek

Location.

No hot water in our unit for the entire five day stay. I asked the front desk for a credit or discount that I believe is a reasonable request. They have yet to respond. Also both pools were too cold to swim in. None of the hot tubs worked. I’ve stayed there many times for several years and the condos have never been upgraded. Panels falling off tub. Sink faucets flimsy. Bad smell in rooms. Very dated everything. In serious need of an upgrade.

The suite is in a block of units in a nice, safe location out of the craziness of Branson, with a resort feel and very family oriented. The staff were also very good when we had a problem with our room and moved us to another room without question.

The guests next door cooked disgusting fish which filtered into our room and permeated all our clothes through the interconnecting room. We had to move rooms as it was making us sick and we had to wash all our clothes that were exposed to this smell. Unfortunately the room we moved to didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly - the floor was filthy, there was no floor mat or flannels, no hair dryer, no TV guide and just didn’t seem clean. The lamp near the bed also didn’t have a plug anywhere near it so was useless. The interconnecting door also lets through any noise (and smells) from guests which is a big problem. I really wanted to like this hotel but we’ve left with a bad taste in our mouth, literally.

The first building we stayed in had no elevator and was on the 3rd floor and the AC didn’t work in the suite all night and the next day they change the room for us. The manager has yet to respond to us about our concerns.

I liked the comfortable feeling of just being there.it felt clean,calm and safe. Thank you ! The employees were friendly .

The room above us had loud jumping or stomping .it didn't keep us awake but it was really loud.

The room was ok, the refrigerator made lots of noise and did not make ice, shampoo bottle off the wall, conditioner was empty. Never figured out what the knocking at night was. The elevator broke. Was there 4 nights. It was still broke when we checked out. Closed indoor and outdoor pool due to lightning, but let people out on the mini golf with metal golf clubs. Wow!!

The room was great and comfortable. Great location and easy access. Outdoor Pool was great. Would stay again and recommend.

The elevator did not work from day one. Was told it would be fixed the next day and was not working the whole time we were there. Was disappointed as one traveler was 7 months pregnant and we were on the third floor. The joining room was very loud the first few days. Which wasn't a huge deal but you could hear every conversation they had and the children crying all morning.
