The location couldn't be more perfect, right on Waikiki beach. Unassuming and seamless check-in process, totally discreet. Perfect if you like avoiding a massive lobby with hordes of tourists. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. The ocean front view suites are worth it!

The location and view from our room was amazing. It was nice and relaxing to wake up with the ocean views. Neighborhood was excellent, right across from Kuhio Beach with many food and shopping options within walking distance. Valet services were excellent and fast. The staff was very friendly. Hot tub was excellent! We didn't use the pool but it was not crowded.

One of the elevators got taken out by the wind storm so the wait for elevators was long--but a minor inconvenience.
