Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort

Nice if you get a balcony room , their other resorts look like a level or two up. The hotel lacked coffee stations in the morning. No coffee pods in the room.

This resort is absolutely amazing. Our room, which was a 2 floor suite blew us away. We were both steps from the beach and pool. Could not have asked for a better place to stay

While there are a few good things about this place, I am tempted to rate it as poor but settling on average. The location is great - this is very conveniently located. Rooms are reasonably clean and the housekeeping staff does a good job and cleans the room regularly. The room had a full size fridge, kitchen, utensils - which was all very convenient. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was extremely helpful, courteous and went out of her way to get us settled in even though we landed early. Now for the bad part --- The atmosphere is poor !! The overall facilities are extremely poor. The pool is sub par and not clean at all. The beach area is not very well maintained and not relaxing by any stretch. Like any large hotel or resort, we need to get towels from a towel hut - the people manning the towel hut seem to think they are doing us a favor rather than providing a service that we paid for - very curt, not accommodating (reach 1 minute after 6 pm and they are closed for the day -even though the person is still there). The common toilets near the beach are filthy and stink -- just not usable. Here is the worst part though --- we were in a room in 13x ---which happens to be right next to a sewer or something. The place STINKS ... .the smell of s*** was nauseating. We had to park our car here and walk to our room and every time we did that we had to hold our breath. We could not sit out in the balcony and enjoy the view of the sea or the pool as the stench was just unbearable. Multiple calls to the reception or to the maintenance staff but no relief. Overall the place seems fairly run-down. Wonder why would someone even have guest rooms next to a place that smells so bad .... Not worth the price at all.

Enjoyed Divi Dutch village very much. Our unit was lovely. Staff was great. Food overall very good. The only disappointment was the sea breeze market buffet dinner. It was a very limited menu and overpriced. We had some other minor issues but they were addressed promptly. The Divi is also not in the heart of town which is good and bad . Good in that it is was quieter and less hectic but in that it really wasn’t walking distance to anything except one supermarket

Divi in aruba is beautiful, the weather was excellent,restaurants were great We took a trip to baby Beach a tour of the new secrets took a tour of the buluhsi beer factory Did the Jeep tour around the island fantastic time?

Loved our week at Divi Dutch. From beginning to end, everything was top notch.Excellent and modern accomodations.Staff that care about their visitors, and aim to make you happy.Shuttle transport to visit all Divi Village has to offer.We will return.Safe, and perfect weather.

Resort was great staff were very good Pool bar and grill was great Did the mega all inclusive this time. Would not do that again pay as you go would be cheaper plus we do not drink 3200,00 for seven days I don’t think we ate that much

The experience was pleasant. The people there were lovely,the food was exceptional. The take away was the all inclusive package was not as expected. The resort didn't offer room service or stocked snacks. You would have to dine in and take out in order to eat in your rooms.
