Hilton Vacation Club Flamingo Beach St. Maarten

It was an easy check in. Safe. Convenient

Hilton was one of my absolute favorite hotel experiences. We absolutely loved it's closeness to everything. Very walkable. Loved the beach and pool. We did uprgrade for the breakfast option and it was one of the best decisions of our whole trip. Food was absolutely amazing and the service was top notch. We ate breakfast on the beach each morning and enjoyed walking around property. The shower in the room was my favorite of many hotels I've been, it was decent size room and very nice. Room was newly update so fully enjoyed the layout. The kitchen had all the amenities we could ask for especially because we had kids. We felt right at home. Had a balcony, no great view but it was nice enough to enjoy the city around, tropical breeze and relax. Would definitely stay here again and 100% Recommend to anyone visiting St. Marteen!!!

I normally come to Sint Maarten multiple times a year, but I would always stay at a different hotel. This time I decided, I’ll stay at Flamingo. BEST CHOICE EVER!!! Everyone was so cool and welcoming, from the front desk to even the security. My room was on the second floor looking at the beach, what a view! It was always clean, quiet and that bed was Heaven sent! I ended up meeting 3 of the staff there, Farida, Laniva and Letia. Let me tell you something! Those ladies were nothing short of AMAZING, every time they saw me they would make sure that everything was good in my room and that my stay was going great. Always a smile and a laugh with those 3 especially. I’m definitely going to be booking with Flamingo a lot more whenever I visit Sint Maarten again! Thank you to my new friends and everyone at Flamingo for such a great stay!

I am very disappointed with this Hilton property this isn’t what is looks like what you see in photos isn’t what is there the pool is small the water was so rough I had to take a cab to the other side of the island to a different location to swim. Rooms were dirty tons of sand on the floor. Towels had stains on them outdoor patio was dirty. I would not stay at this location again.this is Sad cause I do like the Hilton properties.

Had a room that smelled horrible but then i was moved to a better room

pro: nice beach minimal waves, nice pool, comfy bed, kitchen & appliances (although our coffee maker didn't work&knife still had bread on it from previous person so check for cleanliness),distance to many restaurants, friendly check in staff & cleaning staff, washer/dryer available, always a palapa/umbrella available. Cons: approached daily by someone selling marijuana, watched guy make drug sells in the hotel hallway, people directly under our unit smoking said marijuana making it difficult to use balcony in evening & marijuana smell in other hallway areas (never had this happen before on prior visits), towel attendants not friendly (by pool lady sat 5 ft away asking me to yell out my room # & towel count, towel return by restaurant guy wore head phones & pointed to the return bin, not friendly at all), horrible road in front of hotel, loud karaoke in evening at hotel restaurant but done by about 8pm. Overall had a pleasant stay but seemed like a rougher/party type crowd than our previous visits. (I have posted this same review under Expedia with pictures as hotel/air was booked with them).

Check in was a little long but room was fantastic with the view. We rented a car and were able to see entire island. Will definitely be back. Staff were very kind and polite and engaged our children as well.

Convenient, c9nfortable and closed to everything

Great location, very nice rooms with super comfy beds. The beach area was perfect.
