I wanted to recognize the Front Desk Agent, John. He was amazing from check-in to check-out. He made sure that we received the room we needed. We had a rough trip into DCA and he offered us both a bottle of water. The next day, we were burying my father at Arlington National Cemetery when I realized I forgot my cufflinks for my French cuff shirt. I called down to the Front Desk and John was first to answer. He said he would check around and call me back. When I realized a safety pin would probably suffice for a cufflink as I was having no luck finding a nearby store that sold them, I went to the front desk and John was there to give me two sewing kits each containing a safety pin. He didn't have any luck after calling several stores for cufflinks in the area that would meet my time constraint for pickup. The safety pin alternative worked perfectly. Any time we came through the lobby and he was there, he greeted us by name. He also offered his well wishes when we checked out.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Arlington Rosslyn. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The suites were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Location of the hotel is great, the price point was a little bit high. Good morning breakfast was OK, there was a broad selection, but nothing amazing.

Everything was great! Starting with the staff, they were really helpful with us. The room we got was very spacious and bathtub clean. The breakfast was good and with a lot of options. Very good location near supermarket and metro station.

Not a bad thing but important to note, we got the 12 floor and if you are a person with light sleep, the sound of the ducks in the morning it maybe something to take in consideration because the sound is very strong.

The only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t have a pool and hot tub.
