Location , and a quiet relaxing stay

Being an owner with Marriott ( Grand Chateau in Las Vegas ) I don’t understand the $20 a day for parking … seemed to me there was plenty parking available … they don’t charge me a parking fee at the Grand Chateau…. Why do you ? Don’t think that is fair … especially to an owner …. How about a refund for that charge ???

"I really question all the positive reviews."

Clean and good location. It is well kept and walls keep the noise out.

Check in punished me for asking for a first floor, by giving us the last room at the end of the hotel, in another building. Check in at 4PM.....really! Mattress was horrible. Pictures online are not where you will be staying. Our building was next to construction site. $20 parking fee per day hidden on second page of web site. Ignored when questioned problems.

Everything was great but I think 10am checkout is too early for any property 11 am or 12 and I would rate this best rating. I wish they would change the check out this would be 10 out of 10!

We liked that it was secluded and quiet

I did not like the ants that were in the room and I also did not appreciate paying $20 a day for parking that was ridiculous and I also did not appreciate having to do housekeeping's job where they ask you to break down the linen on the bed but I did not mind running the dishwasher because we did make the dishes.

"Lovely stay"

The premises were wonderful! Quiet and yet so much to do!

We asked for late check out and they were very nice to give us 2 extra hours. However the rooms keys stopped working at the original time.
