Sailport Waterfront Suites

Maintenance guy painting the window to my bedroom at 8 o’clock in the morning while I was trying to sleep.

I like the view and the staff.

The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. We found dirty cooking supplies inside the oven. The bathroom was also dirty and not cleaned which is a health safety issue. All through out the property I constantly see no smoking signs from the elevator to the lobby and in the rooms. The entire stay all we smelt was marijuana and cigarettes. Security did nothing about stopping the people from smoking in the sand and on the property. It was disgusting and extremely dangerous for anyone with Breathing issues. This was the worst stay we have ever had. I mentioned this to security and the front desk and they did nothing.

This property is old and outdated. This property is indeed due for a renovation. The building is old, fixtures are dated and everything in the unit was dated and not clean.

I had a suite which faced Tampa Bay. Sunsets were magnificent. People gathered just to watch the sunsets. I normally have trouble sleeping. The first night on the road is usually terrible. But, I had 3 blissful nights of terrific sleep here. The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect. Central to everywhere I was going. Close to the airport, and yet I never heard a singler plane.
