The location was great, and the amenities were amazing as well!

I liked how we were close to the water to fish, the bar had really good drinks, food came out fresh, service was really good.

The office was in the second floor, there was only 2 elevators and they took forever on each floor, the resort really gives early 90 vibes. The room looked really old, not a fresh feeling, bathroom need to be remodeled and hard to find parking

We love the location as it is near my children’s grandparents’ yacht, so we can enjoy our time with them in Tampa and have a space that accommodates our family of 5 with a full kitchen which saves us lots of money.

We noticed a “party” crowd this year and parking was very limited. We are return guests and have never seen the volume of people we saw this time and there was a lot of drunk people there this time which we didn’t appreciate. Our van’s lug nuts were also completely loosened on the front driver’s side which was a huge problem for us when driving home to Indiana and the only place this could have occurred was in the parking garage at Sail Port. We will definitely be back, but hopefully the party crowd finds a different location the next time, and there will be tightened security in the garage area.

I liked the fact that I’ve been here before so I thought I was familiar with property but this time was a bad experience.

Hello I was trying to find the session where I can rate you guys & the experience I had this time was beyond disappointing. I would rate the room a 1 out of 5 the room was so bad my boyfriend and I didn’t even stay in it we got a room somewhere else. There were stains on the wall, spots in the carpet, stains on the floor, the bathroom was kind of dirty as well, the overall cleanliness of the room was a 1 outta 5 to the point where we didn’t want to stay there, the room # was 309, and I was so disappointed because I’ve actually stayed at this hotel before but it wasn’t through booking, it was through airbnb, I just had to let somebody know that my experience this time was very disappointing. It actually made me not want to book a room with the actual company any more.

Stayed at Sailport for a few days after a cruise out of Tampa. Wanted to extend the trip and searched reviews and came across Sailport Waterfront Suites. It was delightful, y’all. The unit was great, communication with the owner via the VRBO app was great, and those on site were just delightful. It was spring break, I think, because there were families and lots of folks played volleyball before going to sit by the water to see the sunset. It was just lovely. Go, stay!

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, gute Anbindung an den Highway. Kostenloser Parkplatz! Nette Bar am Pool mit leckerem Essen und guten Cocktails. Große Küche, Balkon. Für den Preis wirklich in Ordnung.

Leider etwas muffiger Geruch der mit Reinigunsmittel zu übertünchen versucht wurde. Defekter Geschirrspüler dürfte über längere Zeit Wasser verloren haben, ganzer Teppich nass in der Küche! Wir haben es dann gemeldet. Das Sofa war zum Schlafen (Kinder) ok aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Abgesehen davon war keine Bettwäsche bezogen obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht hatten. Mussten wir selber bei der Rezeption organisieren. Boiler in einem Raum zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer leider die ganze Nacht zu hören.
