Marriott's BeachPlace Towers

Everything was good, I’m coming to this hotel every year for the past 8 years ,I recommend it

Accommodating our request for a higher floor was a positive note but had to request to speak with a manager Upon arrival to the hotel the entrance is CLEARLY not visible. Completely inconvenient Told to enter through the parking garage even though we were dropped off.

Great location, easy access to beach, great pool area. However, waits for the elevators were extremely long so took the stairs plenty. Unfortunately we were met with dead cockroaches on the stairs daily. Rooms were spacious ans clean and staff were very good.

The weather was very bad, the hotel needs an indoor pool, the refrigerator and the telephone do not work properly, but the telephone was replaced quickly, The parking spaces are very tight and they should include it in the reservation since what they charge per night is quite expensive.

I really liked the location, despite the closeness to the spring breakers. My only complaint is that it was hard to remember where you wanted to go in the elevator, up or down

Arrived early after getting off my cruise boat and the reception staff was excellent. Was able to get early check in and the room was very comfortable with great views from balcony.

All staff were courteous and helpful.

Property seems dated. Rooms were nice. Overpriced.
