Hilton Vacation Club St Augustine

Ground floor unit next to the building laundry. Noisy and smelly. Mattresses were very old/sunken and uncomfortable.

Great location but property is quite dated.

Spacious units, well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool and common areas, quiet private and beautiful golf area to rest outside the crowd was of St Augustine.

The staff, the roaches in the apartment (even when I brought it up to front desk and they agreed to send pest control, they never did), the overall condition was ok it needs to be renewed, no restaurants inside the property, no many Thanksgiving activities for young teens, the balcony was too small to sit an enjoy the golf view but it has screening.

The location, the pool, the property itself. Everything was great and the stuff.

Had to pay extra for the Internet it should’ve been included in the stay

The entire staff was incredible. No matter which it was, check-in, maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeepers, literally everyone would stop and say hi, smile and acknowledge every person they encountered. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Hands down best resort we've stayed at. Close enough to all the hustle and bustle, but separate where you get peace and quiet too! Will be back.

The facility was warming and clean.I am dissappointed that my deposit has not been returned as of the 18 of November

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the room was very quiet. The screened in patio was the perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast.

The area is peaceful, near the highway, and not to far from downtown St. Augustine.

The elevators were down for our entire stay, and we had the top suite. It made it difficult for carrying our luggage. The pool was only open till 6:30pm so if you came back from a long day of walking or doing other things downtown you couldn't get to the pool to relax after dark.
