Good place to stay

This was an amazing property. Very clean, comfortable and affordable. Easy to access and close to a lot of attractions.

This is not a resort do not be fooled by a false advertising basically it is residential apartment the manager was very mean when I told him that lam disabled and on wheelchair can not use the outdoor stairs.and I have wife and three kids . His response was is I have to wait one week to find a condo on the first floor

We were placed in a unit/location that was not well represented on Hotels.com. A great percentage of website pictures did not look like where we were placed. Located on the busiest road in Scottsdale, AZ, right next to a fire station. Constant loud noise. Floors were filthy in the unit. Pool amenities were very small.

Great experience, very attentive communication, helpful and accommodating. Some clarification on the property listing and photos I think would be beneficial to prevent misunderstanding but overall turned out much better than anticipated!

Meridian condo resorts, Gleneagles. We vacationed at this location recently, during spring break, 2025. Although the resort was not terrible, I do think the advertising stating this is a luxury condo with a gourmet kitchen needs to be reconsidered. Between the 90's decor, 20-yr old carpet throughout, Walmart dinnerware, broken lamps, holy pillows, lack of essentials, broken dishwasher rack, wobbly coffee table/chairs, broken lamp/vase, dirty and terribly repaired flooring/trim, filthy patio and furniture - this place offers no luxury, whatsoever. The upkeep in this particular unit was embarrassing. Multiple noticeable water marks/repairs in ceiling, garage-type cabinets with absolutely shoddy workmanship and flooring in the kitchen that was quite literally, unleveled, which dipped and gained in elevation - almost causing you to trip. Everything in the place was from the 90's. The faucets, bathroom, furniture, cookware, bedding, everything. Additionally, marketing or advertising the unit has a "gourmet kitchen" is a joke. I can't decide which was worse, the flower vase for a utensil holder, the melted plastic spoons/spatulas from the dollar store, the knives that were as dull as the kitchen spoons, or the terrible quality pots and pans that no cook, good or bad, would appreciate cooking with. Lastly, we were provided 6 dishwasher tablets, 6 laundry tablets, and 6 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days, 3 bedrooms, 8 people in total. Oh, and salt and pepper.

Liked condo itself. Noisy traffic.

The property was generally well-kept, but very difficult to find initially, with terrible signage. On our only full day at the property, a handyman spent four hours in the unit making non-urgent repairs on some kitchen cabinets. The condo was miles away from the advertised location, for which we paid handsomely. Meridian demanded that I provide photos of my credit card in order to get the convenience of on-line check in, even though I had paid the fees in full to Expedia.com. I would not do business with Meridian (or Expedia) again.

Unfortunately they had sprayed for bugs so it smelled terrible for a few days and I had to remove one of the dying bugs I found in the closet. I should have notified the office right away but I didn’t. When I did notify them they were understanding and compensated me. Other than that that condo was very clean and had a good layout with plenty of room. Great gym and pool area. Absolutely appreciated the gps link to the condo making it super easy to find my way back when I ventured out.
