Raintree's Cimarron Golf Resort

I had no idea it was a Worldmark property with gates & other complications. Lobby had no snacks. Bottled water vastly overpriced.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is very nice accommodation was very clean and well stocked

Poor water pressure. Shower curtain is too short so it’s got wet outside of the shower room. Clean but old.

I found the room adequate in space and cleanliness. Two things I want at a minimum is a very comfortable bed and a quiet surrounding. Both were met. The resort is gated, which is a plus. Staff extremely helpful. The pool and hot tub facilities was wonderful. I asked for a Mountain View and got it. I will definitely return.

LOVED this place! No reason to stay anywhere else the next time I come to Palm Springs. The golf courses were pristine. Quality in every way.

The room was kind of old and outdated, but inexpensive

Check in women was extremely friendly / kind and very helpful. Condo was warm when I got there in the evening .. went to put air on and read don’t put above 72. I didn’t hear it going so just figure I was hot. Went to bed. Next day again the air not turning on. It was a bit cooler so I opened the slider By the 3rd day it was a cold day. When I got back it was extremely cold in the place. I went to put the heat on and nothing. I did call office and was told if the neighbor has there air on you can’t have the heat. Kinda weird but ok. I did express I think it’s broken. It hasn’t come on at all. She offered to have someone come look at it but I had just gotten in and was tired and in the middle of something. I just bundled up. She did say she would put a note to have someone look at it. I asked to be notified even though I was checking out. I know it was broken and I feel I should get some kind of compensation. Some of the lamps you had to jiggle to get it them to work. That’s not good The overall grounds were nice. Condo a little run down. There was no bedspread. Just sheet and a thin blanket.

It was right next to the Cimarron Golf course so we could just carry our clubs to the course
