I liked how clean and safe this property was. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property, efficient staff, had everything you needed for an extended stay and a pleasant surprise if you are only there for a night. Very pleased.

I was there one day but clean and nice , only complaint someone parked in garage front desk didn’t have plates probably a visitor out of there control

The air conditioning went out after maintenance had gone home for the day and it had been 115 degrees out during the day so it was a miserable night. They said they would send maintenance at 6 or 7am so we set an alarm but they never came. Called to tell them maintenance didnt come and still no air and they just said sorry for the inconvenience. Had we not packed two fans we would have left in the middle of the night. Very bad communication about the issue.

I like that it was nice and clean...I would definitely go again or recommend to others.

Nice and clean place to staying.

The room itself was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff in lobby very nice! Outside looks very well maintained.

I’ve stayed at this property several times before and come back because of the ease of booking, the beautiful and quiet property. I could not give it the 5 starts like I normally would have because I had requested a downstairs room because I had recently broken my foot and instead of canceling the trip I figured I could still manage. The week before I called the property and requested the downstairs as I explained my situation. At that time I was told there would be no issue but upon check in there was an issue. Apparently there were no more downstairs rooms available. At this point even if I wanted to cancel my trip I couldn’t. Not only was I outside the cancellation period but I had just driven 3 hours from LA in rush hour traffic. Needless to say I had to hobble myself up the stairs and that’s where I stood. No pool no dinner out nothing. I basically paid almost $300 for what I could’ve done at home. I think I was just more disappointed with the staff because not only were they not accommodating but also showed no sympathy or took any responsibility for telling me one thing and not following through
