Clean and spacious room.

Average breakfast, offering whole fruits, and for sliced fruit they only had canned options. Although late check-out at 12:00 was confirmed at check-in, staff entered the room at 11:00 am without knocking and announcing their presence. Also, there was a light outside the room indicating the key card was inserted. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room. I informed the front desk about it but they appeared completely indifferent. Guest privacy is extremely important.

Személyzet. Reklamációt követőn jóváírást kaptunk. Hidromasszázs kádunk volt.

Volt egy vendég, aki sokat rontott a komfortérzetünkön. Bár hangszigetelt falak szerepeltek a leírásban, az áthallás ellen ez sem segített. Amúgy a szállás csendes lenne.
