The hall on the 3rd floor smelled and the room next door had trash at their door. The lights between beds doesn't work.

The location was fine but that was about it.

Room smelled so bad went and bought a can of Glade. Didn't help. Room not cleaned adequately. Could not close curtains. Had to tie them together. TV had had something thrown at it. Had huge damage spot on screen. Parking lot poorly lit. Trashy lobby area. No breakfast but wouldn't have eaten there if it did. Already creeped out with the room. Got a text message from Red Roof asking me how I liked my stay. In responding found it was AI generated. No person actually received my complaint. Response suggested I contact front desk! HAHAHA! Good luck w/that!!! Rooms were expensive in the area but this room was rediculously overpriced for the quality. Would have asked for money back but there were no other rooms to be had. Probably should have slept in my car.

Very quite safe good price

Elevator didn't even work to go down. If we wanted to go down to the front desk we had to go down the fire escape stairs. No breakfast for the price we paid is ridiculous and blinds in our room didn't even close properly to give us complete privacy. Surrounding area was trashy with an adult store and a Dunkin Donuts that falsely claimed to be open 24/7. Only thing I can give them is the actual cleanliness of the rooms. Other than that, would not recommend to anyone

Convenient location, price reasonable, ok for short stays.

Beds were a little on the hard side. Could smell some cannabis odors in hallways. Bathrooms need some towel bars.

Not the best hotel, not the worst.
