The facilities and the location. Despite a few issues, the Oberoi makes up for it thanks to its outstanding service and customer care. Thank you for looking after us.

Possibly the most stunning hotel I have visited. Incredible facilities, amazing rooms, beautiful views, impeccable services. Can’t hope for more.

Possibly only the position is not OTT as it’s not handy for the center that can be reached in 20 minutes of Tuk Tuk ride.

This is luxury living no doubt about it. Rooms and locations are great with super view.

Staff is very much confused, when we checked in , that day was great however next day as we went for breakfast we were asked to wait but after waiting for like 20 min we were told to go down but again person in-front of udaimahal asked as to wait again. Not sure why staff was not in sync. Then by the time we started as were waited it was closing time. But staff was more like corporate started wrapping up even when we waited. However the property is more like a money making machine, every where staff is ready to scrap money out of you. And then when we checked in were told about property tour but post breakfast when we asked person at the reception told us there is no such thing then another staff said buggy will come at entrance. Not sure why so much confusion, assuming staff is highly trained and even at dinner staff was not able to use cutlery to serve us breakfast. If it was premium or commercial restaurant i can understand however this is pure luxury hotel. Even we shared feedback during checkout but were not heard.

Udaivilas has a great location and I recommend a sundowner on the promenade. The service levels are exceptional and each of the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The property has great views of the lake and City Palace. The landscaping in the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. We had a garden view room with a nice sit out area. Anjali from housekeeping took care of our special needs for prayers and the chefs were attentive to our dietary needs.
