Hotel Le Clocher de Rodez

The place was clean and the staff were pleasant. Member of staff spoke English was a plus.

My room had no window and was at the end of a long hallway. If I had known this I would have chosen a different hotel or room. I didn’t feel safe in the event of a fire or emergency. I did my best not to stay in the room except to sleep.

The property is old but nice, Staff were very courteous, especially Margeux. Hotel was close to the Capitol, which made things easier. The room was very small but we managed.

Muy centrico pero no en muy buenas condiciones el espejo roto, el sofa cama tambien tenia un roto y encima estaba sin abrir tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros y era incomodisimo, cristales sucios llenos de manchas no se de que, la habitacion con algunas cosas nuevas como las luces a los lados de la cama pero el resto super viejo y en malas condiciones la mayoria, el baño no estaba mal lo mas limpio y nuevo las almohadas horribles y el desayuno escaso no tenian ni edulcorante eso si el personal muy amable y agradable.

Le personnel est très accueillant mais la déception est de rigueur quand on arrive dans la chambre. Il aurait été souhaitable de préciser que c’était une chambre PMR, la douche et le lavabo sont bas, odeur de remontée d’égouts dans la sdb pas très agréable, située au rdc, pas de barres à la fenêtre, on ne peut aérer ( sécurité, intrusion). Séjour cours et de dernière minute.

Perfect location for getting around the city, friendly staff,

Good. But could do better. Damp smell in room. Corridor damp and artic coming away in places. A dehumidifier would help and an air fresher in room. Also court yard could be made in to a lovely area for guests.But due to communal ground it’s just wasted. It’s a shame.

Friendly and helpful staff. An ideal location to easily explore Toulouse on foot.
