"Great location with fantastic views but in need to some TLC and a good clean"

The view from the room was amazing. We were in the 12th floor but the room was definitely in need to some TLC and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The staff were excellent, particularly Noel who was exceedingly helpful and informative.

None of the wall sockets worked. Electrical sockets broken. Bathroom shower screen in poor repair and generally not great cleanliness.

Lage und Aussicht (10. Etage) perfekt. Zimmer war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - aber sauber und sehr geräumig! Tolles Frühstück!

Das Restaurant-Angebot am Sonntagabend war eine Katastrophe! Wir waren außer einem Paar, das Flammkuchen bestellte, die einzigen Gäste. Das was für uns aus der schon reduzierten Karte kam war den Preis nicht wert!

Sehr ruhiges, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer mit super Ausblick auf die Skyline von Frankfurt, toller Service im Restaurant und auch reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet morgen P.s Schwimmbadbereich und Sauna einfach wunderbar

Parkhaus kosten mit 28 € sehr hoch
