Struttura molto vecchia e per niente ristrutturata

La higiene, la limpieza y la comodidad de la cama en general malo la cama es súper incomoda, el cuarto de baño no me pude duchar por el estado en el que está de sucio y la habitación también está bastante dejada.

Avoid this hotel if you value sleep, comfort or basic customer service. We booked 3 nights at Club Hotel Mestre and checked out after just 1 because it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The problems started immediately: - exposed wiring in the room - no functioning air conditioning - bugs in the room - electrics constantly tripping if more than one device was plugged in The room was unbearably uncomfortable overnight. The pillows felt like cardboard and when we politely asked for additional pillows, staff simply said no. We also asked if it was possible to move rooms due to the issues. Despite seeing what appeared to be empty rooms, we were told the hotel was “full” and no alternatives were offered. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of interest from staff. We raised concerns with three different members of staff during our stay and nobody seemed remotely bothered. When we explained we were checking out early because of the condition of the room, nobody asked why, apologised, or attempted to resolve anything. Thankfully we moved to a different accommodation in Venice which completely saved the trip.
