When I arrived to check in not only did they act like they couldn’t find my reservations but the very aggressive front desk lady with horrible hair proceeded to say she couldn’t find my reservations and threw my if while the fat guy in the back laughed and on top of that I go home to find out she proceeded to check me in anyways a total scam they are running

Staff were very nice. The cleaning service folks we lovely and got me a hair drier to use!

Vending machines were broken

Good size bedroom, all works properly

Smells marijuana in the hall and bedroom

convenience in being close to highway

The hotel did not accept my booking.com reservation, I was forced to cancel my reservation and reserve a new one directly at the hotel, with no help from the staff there, and then after half an hour for all my trouble they charged me a higher price than I originally had paid on top of everything. Some of the worst service I've ever had.

When we first walked in, it smelled like the strongest smell of marijuana ever got to the room not only was the window wide open on the first floor, but the room smelled so bad that I wanted to leave and go to another hotel. It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to

I didn’t like anything about the property. The manager was somewhat nice to us in the beginning, hooked us up with the room, but I will have to say your property is absolutely disgusting. The beds are terrible. The room smell like trash not only did the shower tub was peeling near the drain. Just disgusting.
