"We were in town for a funeral."

Clean and well kept! My daughter’s, grandchildren and I were in town for a funeral. We checked in early not knowing there would be a $25 early check in fee. Michael the front desk person informed us of the fee and asked us why we were in town. We both said funeral at the same time and he immediately showed his remorse, apologized and waived our early check in fee! Thank you for all of your kindness in our moment of pain! We will stay here again when we come back to visit family!

"A Trouble stay that turned into a delight!"

Staff was great, friendly and well supportive. Manger Michael was awesome! Lorrine was truly a delight!

Well things were a little shaky, i wish things had been fixed before i had to be sent to the Courtyard Marriot at 11pm at night. My stay started off great on Tuesday 28th i arrived and checked in. The room was great, with one minor issue the TV did not work and the light on the vanity did nkt work either. This was in the bedroom. A person came to check on it because the previous visitor had called in about it. This was when i first checked in about 430pm. He messed with wires in the light fixture in the bathroom. It turned on the vanity and tv. I left to spend the day with my daughter. Came back in the evening and they were out again. Tild front desk they sent up another person. This person took great time and founf out that there was a electrical issue where an arch was happening and it was sparking in the ceiling. Then i was told i coukd not stay there. Then they said they have no rooms. So they told me i could go to Courtyard Marriot and Embassy would pay. Well when i got to Marriot at 11pm that was not true I had to pay. Marriot charged me 380 for a two night stay. Then in the morning i came back to Embassy and the front desk person Maria asked me why i left. Told her the story and then later that day i got a call to come back to Embassy and they would pay Marriot for the stay and give me a bigger suite. So i did and thats my story. It worked out for now still waiting for my money back from Marriot. Hope it comes back. Thank you for listening.

Only 1 thing small bathroom and access to 2 bathroom a person in sofa bed had to travel thru bedroom and disturbed person in bedroom
