We loved everything about hotel. Staff was great & friendly! Greeted us at the door! Made us feel really comfortable

When ordering room service we tipped when they brought our food but they failed to inform us that they had already charged $13.50 gratuity on a 2 person meal on top of a service fee.

"Interesting layout"

Hotel is oddly shaped and old. Breakfast was good, reception that embassy suites is known for was ok. Hotel seemed like an old design that has not been updated. Curtains over the doors, small bathroom that had sink in the bedroom. Did have microwave and refrigerator which was nice. Ample parking, walmart and target not far. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Had live music down in the bar area at night. Would look elsewhere as this was a disappointment.
