Inside was very cute and comfy the bed was really big but a little stiff. Very warm inside of the building which is amazing for the coldness outside. Had a small in door pool and free breakfast included

No healthy food for us to eat at breakfast it stated it was 6-9 we didn’t arrive until 12 am so we didn’t arrive to breakfast around 8:30, but all they had was waffles lots of bread options muffins Bread bagels but I can’t eat bread because I’m on keto for diabetes. So it would be nice if you could had fresh protein and eggs maybe fresh fruit.

Great location

Dated, time to close the doors I suppose, but would put a lot of people out of work. Places need to quit claiming they offer breakfast. 20 years ago when hotels started offering breakfast the were state of the art. Now it is just a poor excuse.

The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Easy location to get to and close to everything I needed.

The continental breakfast has been lacking last couple of times I've been there. They used to have fresh fruit as well as more items. This time it seemed very slim pickings and the eggs were a bit rubbery.

Breakfast was great, lagoon kitchen was courteous.

2 Employees in the towel section, unhappy, out ride rude. Asked twice for clean towels I saw them folding them. They answered, they didn’t have any, 2nd time, said they are wet. She was on her cell phone. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket. I received it 2 hours later.👎🏼. All employees seemed unhappy with there jobs. Boys next room, were yelling, they hate Mexicans! UNACCEPTABLE!! Bike was broken in the fitness room. You are short of staff.
