The staff was wonderful

Interesting that a young girl had to get someone to check me it. And why did i check in on line just to have to do it at hotel. My room was open and fan runningnon the floor when i got there

Giving the property is under some restoration efforts, I think the staff did a good job of hosting their guests. My room was clean, with easy access as needed as a pet owner. I would recommend staying here as it has easy access to the freeway and local eating establishments.

Hotel was disgusting. Had nowhere else to stay otherwise we would've left. When we first went into room a/c was off and room smelled very musty. Smell mostly went away when a/c on. Couldn't really control temp of room, either on full blast or off. Kept shoes on in room because carpeting and tile looked like there were decades of dirt built up. Bedding looked clean. Chairs were stained, lampshade had what looked like a streak of blood on it and had lots of other stains. Bathroom had a dirty towel in it, was folded up but when you unfolded it you could tell it had been previously used. Even clean towels didn't look very white. Hotel staff were dismissive at best. How dare we bother them while they are watching a show! (I could actually hear the show they were watching) Staffs grandkids (maybe around 5 or 6 years old) were running all over with no shoes. Helping with breakfast, putting things out and carrying towels. Breakfast was disgusting. Same exact food both days. Gravy was scraped out into a bowl on the side of the heating bowls for serving. Biscuits weren't even staying together. Juice was out. Syrup packets leaked all over bowl holding them. So all the packets were covered in syrup. Wasn't cleaned because exact same bowl was there both days. No one around to help with anything. No elevator! Beware if you have a room on the 2nd floor! You have to carry everything up the stairs. This is said nowhere that I could find on their website.
