Lobby smelled like wet dogs. The room was really far from the lobby even thought the place was empty

There's a reason why this hotel was cheap, cockroaches, spiders in shower and shower didn't even work, mini fridge didn't even work, had to cancel. No one at front desk after 8 pm to help with issues. At least next day staff canceled next reservation and refunded money.

The place is horrible, I went to sleep in my car instead. I did not wanted to sleep in that dirty bed. Also the windows are broken, they do not close so I didn't feel safe sleeping there.

This place is so bad. I stayed at the bungalow and it was so nasty I wanted to run away but unfortunately we were at ocean world and went to check in late it was 9pm and I had my kids , there was no place I could have found another room that late, the towels had marks on them, thankfully we had our own towels. The windows lock are broken I couldn't sleep because of safety, I was up all night making sure my kids were safe since the windows don't lock. The place is so run down and smells like dogs right when you walk in. I would definitely never stay there again.

This hotel is in really bad condition. The pool is dirty, the room is outdated. The A/C does not cool , the fan did not work. Oh my lord the place stinks. The owner had like 12 dogs in the place it was horrible.

I enjoy the swimming pool, The room was ok they could a little better!

Service was horrible. Dogs every and it was very smelly.. had to leave and go somewhere else

It was closed for business since last year, the hotel are CLOSED !
