"Exceptional"

We checked in at 8 pm, and the front desk gentleman was super friendly! I noticed a hotel rating plaque and kitchen/dining rating plaque both A's. Our room was clean but worn and according to staff the hotel is up for a remodel. The pool area was very nice and clean.

Air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was disgusting. Hashbrowns cold and burnt. Eggs tasteless. Selection non existent Ethan was wonderful greeting us. Very nice.

Absolutely nothing.

I didn't like the whole experience, from start to finish it was horrible. I would recommend sleeping in your car before I would say anything good about this dump.

"Place came out shining but in the end was dull due to no hot water, room not cool, no breakfast"

LOCATION, room was big but that also created a cooling problem, the unit it not strong enough to cool the room appropriately. Everything clean

the room would not cool, the shower had no hot water, not even luke warm. And breakfast was not hot, nothing was out hardly and it was 9am ET

Not much to like. Light in hallway next to bathroom did not work. No hot water. Telephone did not work. Toilet seat would not stay up. Bed bugs or something in the bed that kept biting me. No breakfast this morning as food truck did not make it to the motel. Worst stay in a motel that I have ever had.

Property was clean and as described. However, breakfast was lackluster and the staff member gave some attitude about even getting coffee. Will be trying another property when we go back this week.
