The woman at check in was very accommodating and tried to be helpful.

the entire hotel was dirty and needed cleaned and painted at the very least. We honestly considered leaving but said we’d look at the room - bed was clean and carpet fairly new so we stayed. The toilet seat was broken - the doors on the cabinets were falling off.
