Got double charged for the room due to an error on their part

The homeless people would insist that you help them the staff was horrible no smiles bad attitude bad smells weed everywhere trash everywhere holes in walls cleaness was out the window

Location was good room was clean

Couldn’t get key cards to work on either door, plugin in bathroom didn’t work therefore couldn’t use blow dryer. Breakfast was a little lacking juice machine didn’t work.

Let me start off by, we are 3.5 hours from home. 5 kids. Booked 2 rooms 8 hours prior. Get here to be told only ONE room available!!! Having a hissy fit to give me my money back too. Dont book unless you are at the front desk..

I like the cleanliness, I like the price on the suite I reserved and rented. I also liked the general manager and some of the front desk staff. Also I liked some of the housekeepers.

One of the front desk staff employees was very rude and had a very bad attitude and was not considerate at all of what the customer was going through.
