It was clean

Had a funny smell. Could have table lights by bed and on the desk. Overhead lighting is too harsh.

Most of all, it was super clean. No complaints at all about that, The owner (I think) was very pleasant for the brief time I saw him. No noise from other guests. Bed was fine. For one night, one person it was fine. Some neutral observations: The room was very sparse, and could really be called institutional. No bedside lamps. Pretty much nothing extra someone could steal. Overhead lights were a cold LED color.

It can get loud at night next to the main road, and I was in a back room. Not really criticism, but there was a smell that I couldn't put my finger on. Not exactly bad, some kind of a room fragrance product, but it seemed like there was just a touch of cigarette smoke in it. Maybe the last bit of years of cig smoke that won't go away. It was not great for me.

Bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. The blower on the heater was very loud.

I have been staying here bi-weekly for approximately five years now. The property, accommodations and service are always excellent.
