Quiet Corner Inn

Even though the property is a throwback to the 60’s, it has been lovingly maintained and recently rooms have been updated. Fresh paint, furniture, flooring and comfortable bedding have been installed. Would definitely book this room again!!

The gentleman at check-in was very kind and the room was very clean. Place was pretty quiet but too. Everything we needed for a short stay while on the road.

This was my third stay at Quiet Corner Inn! I have been a repeat customer several times recently as I antique in the area and loved this inn the first time I booked! Once again my stay was comfortable and convenient! I book a room with the king bed option and have always stayed near the lobby. Each time I am greeted warmly when I arrive. I am now greeted by name as I have stayed several times! I travel solo and feel safe at this inn. I highly recommend. The room is always clean and comfortable. I will be back soon!

The rooms appear to be recently updated and include all the normal amenities of chain hotels. Room were clean, and the hot water was awsome!! The property is well maintained and outside is very clean!!

Being on a major thoroughfare, you will have to deal with a lot of traffic noise; at least if you stay on the front side of the property, which I was in room 101 (end unit). Being on the back side may provide for better noise abatement as your room will not be totally exposed to the road. Also, the cleaning product and/or odor emitter they have in the rooms was a little much on the nose senses.

This was my second stay at Quiet Corner Inn in two weeks as I go antiquing in Putnam. Once again I was greeted warmly and this time of course the gentleman at the front desk remembered me. My room both overnights were right next to the lobby and I just got my bag from the car and was able to have a nice evening in a very comfortable room. I order food from a nearby restaurant and in the morning there is a Dunkin Donuts just down the street. For me the Quiet Corner Inn has become one of my favorite accommodations when I go antiquing in the Putnam area. I plan on staying again.

Easily accessible and clean. One complaint was the heating system which was very noisy

Place was clean, quiet, and the bed was really comfortable.

Some of the furniture was painted to match each other. This creates a slightly tacky feel when touched. It wasn't terrible, just as a person with some tactile issues, it wasn't the best either
