Clean, good bed, a little noisy on Friday nights in hallway. People should be more considerate, not the hotels fault.
We came to attend a motorcycle convention in Pell City. This was one of the three host cities. This hotel stepped up to provide some convention space when one of the other hotels was unable to do so. Personnel were friendly, and breakfast was good (and free). We would stay here again. And the hotel is pet friendly.

Vivien, the desk clerk, was exceptional. She was so professional and welcoming. You are extremely lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I needed to leave a day early and could not even get a credit to use on my next trip. Being a loyal customer to Hampton Inns I was very disappointed in your manager for this decision.
