The green Valley Ranch is a great hotel in terms of how it’s built and how nice it is. Where they fall short is the manners and customer service of the staff. Nowhere near the level of friendliness from when I visited 13 years ago. And the buffets are gone. Also, the attitudes of the restaurant staff was a bit off putting. I waited almost 30 minutes to eat at the penny restaurant then when I sat down they didn’t have any steak. But the attitudes there are pretty much what I got from the Vegas experience. They’re blaming Trump for the drop in tourism but it’s their attitudes.

The room was tired and dated. The tv setting was set to lowest brightness possible and the staff could not fix it. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was not well stocked.
