Wasn't the best setup for the bathroom space. Hallways seemed a bit dirty. Seemed like more workers than actual people staying there.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Affordable. Was nice that they provide an airport shuttle.

I stayed here one night before catching a plane. I usually stay on upper floors for the quiet factor, but the elevator was not fixed yet, and I have a bad hip, so didn't want to do the stairs. The gals at the front desk, both at night when I checked in (about 8:00) and the morning gal were all very helpful and friendly. They gave me a room at the end of the hall right by the outside door and the stairs. What a mistake for me to allow that to happen! There was what sounded like three families who had rooms in the same area as my room partying and carrying on in the hallway until early in the morning, slamming doors and going inside and out. Why didn't I complain to the front desk? Because I am alone and loss of sleep matters less to me than taking the chance of losing my life. They were so loud that the front desk had to have heard what was going on anyway and just chose to ignore it. This place has gone downhill, and the price has increased. I will never stay here again. Someone told me I can stay at the Silver Sevens for less than $100, so that is what I will be doing from now on. The taxi ride is longer, but I will still save myself about $80. Never again!

I love the service provided and how nice and helpful all of the staff was. From those that greeted us to those who where cleaning it was an all around great atmosphere and it was the best place to stay at being within walking distance of the Thomas and Mack center where the games we attended for 3 days was going on.

Excellent stay, staff is helpful going the extra mile to help. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is served but since we had an early checkout we were given a couple items for the microwave to get started.

This was exactly what we needed. We had an early flight and this is close toothed airport. Free parking was a plus. Check in was pleasant and fast. Room clean and comfortable. Five am breakfast was good. We could eat before our flight. Shuttle avaliable. We did not use it.
