Limpieza satisfactoria y personal muy agradable. Sin embargo las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Y las habitaciones no invitan a permanecer mucho en ellas. En cuanto a las camas son incómodas con colchones viejos y hundidos. No es un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Ningún hotel se tendría que permitir tener esas camas independientemente de las estrellas que tenga. En conclusión, relación calidad precio no es aceptable

Very comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No restaurant or room service on site despite what it says on the website! I only booked because it had said it had a restaurant and room service.

J'ai réservé une chambre sur la base de la photo de vue d'ensemble avec le plan d'eau devant et également sur les photos des chambres. J'ai eu une chambre sans fenetre, sans vue , juste une ouverture partielle sur un toit sans lumière du jour car le verre de la fenetre était brouillé car pas de vue... D'autre part en bougeant un peu la télé afin de mieux la voir, je me suis rendue compte que le ménage n'était pas correctement fait , j'ai retrouvé des cheveux et des miettes sur le meube TV. En ouvrant l'eau , elle avait une odeur comme si elle n'avait pas circulée depuis un certain temps dans cette chambre.
