The room was great. Comfortable and clean.

I wish we were on the other side of the building. The views were better on the other side. We were on the parking lot side. Not a big deal but now I know to request odd number room going forward.

I paid to upgrade to the mountain view side for a 2 night get away. We were put on the first floor which opens to the dog park, not a balcony. Only one very dirty chair outside. Asked for a second chair and never got it. Realized our room would have had lots of pets staying in it since it opened to the dog park (yes, we saw and heard several dogs). Shower floor was very stained which made it look dirty. Room was not cleaned/serviced on second day so had to go get more TP and towels myself. Not the worst stay ever, room was decent and staff was nice but not the romantic get away hoped for. Warm cookies were great!
