Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Grove City by IHG

Amazing staff. Very helpful and great amenities

Appeared to be a complete lack of attention to detail. Cleanliness was poor in areas such as ledges, ceilings, elevators.

Clean and neat. Updated look. Tara was funny and very helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was on point.

Could hear the traffic throughout the night and people in the hallway. Not super loud but noticeable.

Breakfast was fantastic, the guy who makes it deserves a raise for sure and the different options helped a lot: I liked that my room was kept neat.

Alarm clock in my room 327 didn’t work, too close to the highway, was hard to sleep at times due to road noise.

Not the typical HI Express quality I expected. Our room was clean but they were doing renovations in the hotel and clearly forgot some of the basics like a door hook, extra security lock, towel bar. Hallway was quite dirty even in the midst of construction. Breakfast was meh. They didn’t have cinnamon rolls! Like why not?!? That’s one of the signature items for Holiday Inn Express. The pool had a bunch of tiles missing. Just not the quality we were used to. Managers didn’t seem to care about this.
