Comfort Inn & Suites Mansfield

This hotel wascin an excellent location. I have a few things that I didn't like. The elevator was awfully slow and they have the most horrible continental breakfast I ever had.

It was nothing much for breakfast.

The place is kind of dated but well maintained considering the age of the hotel. Service was fantastic! For the price and the service I would definitely stay again.

It was near all the amenities, easily accessible from the highway

Room was very clean

Didn't have towel or bath hook on bathroom door

The property is very clean inside and outside. The staff is very professional and strives to take care of the client.

There was a bunch of beetles in the bathroom, the carpet was stained and had rips. The room smelled moist and damp. The AC kept turning hot. The ice machine in the 1st floor didn't work. The staff was very nice though.

The front desk staff were very kind and most of them were knowledgeable and professional. The location is fantastic and close to many great restaurants and shopping areas. But to be called the Comfort Inn, there should be a few more creature comforts, such as: better key cards that don’t desensitize at a moment’s notice, body wash and hanging racks/hooks/bars in the bathroom, a sitting chair in the bedroom, thicker walls (we heard all of our neighbors music at 11p!), and breakfast with healthier options. We’ll be looking for comfort elsewhere in the future.
