On the 19th, as we prepared for bed, there was blood on the covers, I was told to come down to get keys for another room, well once I got there the clerk said there weren't any rooms available. She said that she could give me clean m linen to change the covers. There was no housekeeping! There was a party going on all night. Our stay was horrible , and our room was not cleaned the following day. The new desk clerk was rude, I asked for a refund, and I think that you all should follow up and get me the refund. I will never stay there again.
